1. Introduction

The chapters mainly describe wrapping features and the range of applications of numerical control tape wrapping machines as shown in the figures below.

2. Startup step

3 machine head rotates to tape changing position automatically
 
When installing, install the tape with the head upward in the tape holder, pull the head into the gap, press “Reset” after installing, and confirm that the head is at the operation position.

Full wrapping
Select “Full wrapping”, tread on the foot pedal to start operating, and press “Wheel closure switch”, the machine operates at full speed and stops operation when the foot pedal is released.
Point wrapping:
Select point wrapping, enter the number of circles you want and tread on the foot pedal to start operating, the machine will not stop until the number of circles reaches without treading on the foot pedal.
Multi-segment wrapping
Select “Multi-segment wrapping”, and then press “Multi-segment setting”. 50 segments are provided for setting. You can set it according to the length of the wire branch. You should set it as required and the remaining is left. Tread on the foot pedal, and the machine will stop automatically after the first segment is completed, and then you should tread on the foot pedal again and the machine will complete the second segment operation, and so on. After the last segment is completed, you should press “Reset” to start the production of a second line.
Tape width:
The tape width is 20MM generally; the width setting will directly affect the wrapping density.
The smaller the width is, the larger the overlap surface is. The bigger the width is, the smaller the overlap surface is.
Running speed:
The maximum speed is 5, the minimum speed is 1.
Several turns for point wrapping:
Set the number of circles for point wrapping
 Wire diameter:
Edge size can be adjusted according to the wire diameter for two wheels.
Parameter setting:
The parameter setting is only available for the administrator

I. Warranty clauses:
1. Please carefully fill in the Warranty Card when purchasing and returning to our Company to facilitate our maintenance.
2. The machine enjoys free maintenance within one year from the purchase date under the conditions of normal use and the customer should actively assist our Company in maintenance.
3. The customer should pay the cost of accessories in case of accessory replacement out of the warranty period.
4. Within the warranty period, the customer should assume traveling expenses incurred by maintenance caused by human factors. 
II. Within the warranty period, free maintenance is not available in the following situations:
1. Cutters and wheels are not covered by the warranty.
2. The customer cannot prove that the machine is purchased from our Company.
3. The customer disassembles or modifies the machine without authorization.
4. The fault is caused by falling, collision, and improper voltage.
5. The fault is caused by a natural disaster.
