For added flexibility, the twisting and tinning function can be easily disabled within the program if not required.
The machine is controlled by a user-friendly PLC system with a touch screen interface. The stripping length, cutting length, cutting depth, and crimping depth can all be conveniently set and saved within the PLC touch screen. During the cutting, stripping, and crimping procedures, wires and terminals are handled carefully and gently, ensuring the integrity of the materials.
This machine is compatible with OTP side-feeding dies and straight-feeding dies. Furthermore, it can be adapted to fit special dies used for various terminal types, such as JST, Molex, AMP, and other band die sets, offering exceptional versatility.
